My husband booked himself and 3 kids with ease that were registered under his email, I booked myself and one of my kids that was registered under my email and another member of our party booked the remaining 3 spots as guests figuring we’d get it straight when we got there because we’ve now had to spend an additional 192.60 since no one was returning our call to book reservations. This time we had called at 10AM (noticing that there were 17 available spots open), plenty of time to get it booked, right? Wrong! By 4 30PM I looked online and the reservation spots for that evening were dwindling down, so we started booking them online, as this was our last chance to all play together with family leaving the following day. Now the only way to reserve it while getting the discount is to call and actually speak to someone and we would add the remaining people to out party via phone. As we have done many times before, someone from our group purchased tickets using Groupon (8 discounted tickets $152 worth).

We have been many many times so we are well aware of how to play etc. My family, friends and I, had tried to book reservations for what intended on being a group up to 14 of us, turned out to only 9 of our group could play.
